Isa’s schedule is wide open so she was game to go with mom to apply for a visa at the Laos embassy in Seoul. We were u successful since momma needs a journalist visa, and that will require more paperwork. But the staff seemed to love babies and didn’t mind having Isa climb around the office furniture while we waited.
