Isa’s trip to Shanghai went so well! She got upgraded to business class, zipped through customs thanks the expedited line for babies, and got to see so many friends! She stayed at the historic Peace Hotel. It’s been an icon in the city for so long that when Isa’s grandpa was growing up in Shanghai, he would get to go with his mom to the Peace Hotel for ice cream, as a special treat.

Unfortunately, since she’s just six weeks old, Isa was too young to try ice cream or Chinese food. But she did get to see the impressive sights of the city.
