Isabel played tourist in her own town today, exploring Namsan, which is the mountain smack dab in the center of Seoul. Atop Namsan is Seoul Tower, which has a revolving restaurant that we did not go eat at. Instead, Isa came along to take a cable car to the peak, take a stoll in the clean mountain air and check out the sprawling vistas of the city from outdoor observation decks.
