Isa is starting kindergarten, which is only going to be distance-learning. So we are taking advantage of her Montessori preschool offering some kinder curricula in person, while she is also doing kinder distance-learning this fall. This means she got to see some of her old friends and be in class with her familiar teachers from preschool.
School started again today but in a very limited way. The class sizes are maxed at seven and the kids don’t get to interact with kids from other classes. Isa struggled with wanting to even go, after not being at school since March. But by the time I picked her up, she said she was so happy to be back in school.
