Because her kindergarten has only been on Zoom, Isa’s previous preschool allowed its graduates who were already in kindergarten to attend in person preschool and go to kindergarten on zoom at the same time. That means Isa had an extra nearly full school year with her pre-K teacher, Miss Debbie. Isa was awkward when they said goodbye today… she hugged Debbie briefly but then couldn’t look her in the eye, she seemed to be having a hard time with the goodbye so she rushed it instead of savoring it. Everyone is different! Miss Debbie knows how much Isa loves her though, and teared up several times today when we spoke.
